What flows because of you should flow back to you.
Three weeks. Three corrections. Zero hustle required.
Women generate extraordinary value.
They grow revenue, create momentum, hold rooms together, see around corners. And because they can, they do.
But all too often, they are not the beneficiaries of their outsized efforts.
Women are told to do more, make more with less, and be happy about it. This is where that stops.
Fix the direction, not the woman.
This is not about manifesting, charging more to prove a point, or being louder.
Instead, we redirect money and responsibility with precision.
Competence creates leverage.
Three corrections: money, structure, and capacity. And along the way, reconstituting your relationship with them all.
You can't fix what you charge until you fix what you're carrying. You can't hold wealth without structure.
Session One:
Stop giving away your genius as a gift
If money is flowing because of you, it should flow back to you.
We examine where you’re currently generating business for others without compensation, and teach you how to initiate reciprocal revenue share agreements so you can benefit financially from the value you’re creating. We help you acknowledge the role you are actually playing in these deals — that of a broker.
The real blocker in most of these deals isn’t the contract itself. It’s knowing and clearly asking to be compensated for the value of your time, your relationships and your reputation. Trading dollars for karma points ends the moment you recognize that this transaction would never have happened without you.

Session Two:
“I’m always the one who handles it” isn’t a flex.
The thing you swoop in to fix, because explaining it would take longer than doing it. The role you've been holding for two years that nobody named or assigned. The literal or metaphorical tabs you never close that drain your battery. Are the standards yours, or were they given to you because you were available, capable, or generous? That doesn’t mean it’s your fault — but it is your responsibility to address it.
You’ll gain a fresh understanding of the system-of-you through a series of exercises. None of these need a breakout room or a journaling prompt. You'll also name and move at least one thing you've been absorbing for another system (like family, business, or community). All while creating ways forward that dissolve problems, rather than solving them “for now.”
Led by Asmara Kazmi | Asmara is the Interventor. She has spent decades with systems, from cellular to civilizational. For five years (and counting), she has fine-tuned her way of seeing and being in systems by doing something new daily. This habit led to the first edition of her book — Paradigm Playground — and the crystallization of her body of work, Enduring Systems Architecture™.
Stop subsidizing the gap with your capacity and brilliance
Session Three:
Earning money is one skill. Changing your relationship with money is another.
We want to ensure more women are getting their bags. And yet when they do, so many feel just as stressed as before. This session helps look at that — the relationship beyond the numbers, the beliefs driving the habits — and how to uplevel not only the experience of money, but the outcomes and feeling of it, too.
This session focuses on redefining what rich means for you — and releasing social definitions and baggage around the concept. You’ll build a sense of mastery around your important monetary skills, and expand your capacity to receive without guilt or urgency.
More money should not make you tense. After this session, you'll be able to ensure that it doesn't. By giving money its rightful place, you’ll create the life you really want.
Led by Yinka Ewuola | Yinka is a business strategist and coach for ambitious entrepreneurial women. By using a unique blend of mindset, skillsets and habits, she helps them create businesses that thrive without demanding their exhaustion as a necessary cost of doing business. Instead, her work focuses on helping women uncover and achieve their own version of Rich and Rested™.
Stop negotiating with problems and finance solutions
-
Participants go on to structure collaborations differently, charge in ways that feel clean, and set boundaries without over-rehearsal. They say yes to opportunities with shared value, and no to more invisible, uncompensated labor.
-
This is for the woman who has built the revenue, the reputation, the client list — yet still finds herself doing unpaid business development at 11pm because someone asked nicely. Who has been told she's "so generous" by people who have never once asked what that generosity costs her.
This isn't for you if you're looking for your first client, if you want a recording to watch later, or if you'd like someone to tell you it's all fine as it is.
-
3 live sessions, over 3 consecutive weeks. 2 hours each. No recordings.
We’ve intentionally capped the cohort to preserve the depth of the room. You attend live. You take part fully, and leave clearer than you arrived — having already taken your next step.
-
One reciprocal revenue share agreement you put in place will likely be worth more than this cohort costs you.
$1,000 USD.
Next cohort: Tuesdays in December — 12/1, 12/8, 12/15 from 11am–1pm EST (4–6pm GMT). Once the room fills, it closes. Future cohorts will be announced for 2027.
